Welcome to Athletico FC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering, booking, or making any payments.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or registering for any Athletico FC program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Athletico FC provides soccer training programs, seasonal camps, private sessions, and team development opportunities. Details, schedules, and pricing may change and will be updated on our website accordingly.

Registration & Payment

  • Registration is required for all programs. You agree to provide accurate information when completing forms or signing up.

  • Payment must be made in full (or according to a payment plan, if offered) before your child can participate in any program.

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in the program’s refund policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are only issued under specific conditions, such as injury prior to the start of the program or if a program is canceled by Athletico FC.
If a participant cannot attend due to personal scheduling conflicts, make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

Code of Conduct

All players, parents, and coaches are expected to maintain respectful, positive behavior at all times. Athletico FC reserves the right to remove participants who violate this standard without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Athletico FC is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or personal damages that occur during participation in our programs. All participants play and train at their own risk.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its functionality. All content (photos, logos, text, etc.) is owned by Athletico FC and may not be used without permission.

Changes to Terms

Athletico FC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.
