Practice Plan

This program is designed exclusively for girls who want to grow in confidence, sharpen their skills, and train in an environment that empowers and challenges them. Each session will focus on technical development, tactical awareness, and competitive gameplay — all tailored to meet the needs of female athletes at every level.

Practice Day: Thursdays
Dates: September 11th – October 23rd
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Pricing: $140.00

Players will work on:

• Ball control & footwork

• Passing & shooting mechanics

• Speed, agility, and coordination

• Game awareness & confidence-building drills

• Small-sided scrimmages to apply skills in real-time

What to Expect During Registration

To register, begin by selecting your child’s age group and adding the corresponding program to your cart. You’ll then be prompted to complete a short form with your child’s information.

After submitting the form and completing payment, you will receive a confirmation message, and within 1–2 days, an email invitation to join TeamSnap.

Through TeamSnap, you’ll gain access to:

• Practice schedules

• Group messaging with coaches and parents

• Attendance tracking and weather-related cancellations

• Important updates throughout the season

Once you’ve joined TeamSnap, you’re all set and ready for the season to begin.
